After being successfully hired, Indonesian and Filipino domestic helpers will receive 3 months or 2 days of pre arrival HK-style training respectively; including personal hygiene. cultural etiquette, simple Cantonese, housework internship, food handling, Chinese cooking, nanny common sense, elder care knowledge, safety emergency response, and or use of kitchen utensils & tableware, etc. (Indonesian helpers who have no overseas experience can receive a 2-day intensive training upon arriving Hong Kong). It is put in place to ensure adequate service standard, so that they can shorten the running-in time and get along well with employers after arriving in Hong Kong.

Overseas Live-In Caregiver with medical skills can assist in daily life of elderly / disabled at home, such as assisting with feeding, medication, physical training, hygiene, etc. to help maintain elderly's (disabled) social well-being, and may also support specific household chores. Nursing certificate holder or experienced caregiver to meet the special needs of different families.
